Deciding you want to go to counseling and then trying to search for one can be an exhausting process. What counselor should I visit? What can I expect when I get to therapy? How’s the process going to go? Is it going to feel weird?

At Revive Christian Counseling, we don’t believe these pages should be filled with all our credentials and a bunch of methodologies, theories and practice orientations, because to real people, that stuff doesn’t really make a lot of sense, and most people don’t really care. Most people just want to know a couple things: 1) Can you trust me?, and 2) Can I really help?

So instead, we use this space to let you know who we work best with so you can decide whether or not you think we’ll be a good fit based on what challenges you’re facing.

People who find the best results with me come to counseling ready to dig in and get to work. Sometimes we talk about some hard things. But there are times we’ll also enjoy some light-hearted and fun moments. Our work together is all about helping you move forward in a real, positive way.

A majority of my work is with people who are struggling with feelings of anxiety and worry about the stressors in their life. I help people find real results and find ways to cope and find peace again.

Additionally, I help couples find a lasting, real resolution to communication struggles.

Finally, I also work with teenagers who are having a hard time adjusting at home and in school to be able to find peace and success.

As both a pastor and a football coach, my background serves me well in helping to meet people exactly where they are, and help people to find real solutions to real problems. I never promise to be the expert on your life, but I do commit to helping you find real, positive change.
